Holly Jolly Sauk Prairie 2020. Stop by Tripp on Saturday, December 5, 9-11am. Santa, Mrs. Claus (and maybe an elf) will be in their sleigh outside the Tripp. Bring your Christmas Letter and drop it off in a special North Pole Mailbox nearby the sidewalk. Remember to include your return address so Santa can write you back. Please wear a mask and stay a safe distance from others. |
The 2021 Bald Eagle Watching Days will become Bald Eagle Watching Season, with an offering of virtual events over a period of time. The featured programs at Tripp - "Old Abe, Civil War Mascot," Joe LaCour family & "Eagles in Native American Culture," Art & Dawn Shegonee - were videotaped in advance and will be shown on Youtube at dates and times to be determined in 2021. Stop by here again or check out our Sauk Prairie Area Historical Society Facebook group page for future details.
The 2021 Bald Eagle Watching Days Virtual Events will be livestreamed. You can see the prerecorded "Eagles in Native American Culture" presentation on January 16, 2:45pm and February 6, 2pm. "Old Abe, Civil War Eagle" will be shown on January 23, 2:45 pm.
