Salem (Ragatz) Church Museum

Located in Sauk County, Wisconsin on County Hwy PF, 5 miles west of Prairie du Sac. This building is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places

The Salem (Ragatz) Church Museum was the home of the Salem United Methodist congregation. The Sauk Prairie Area Historical Society acquired the building in 2000 when the congregation disbanded. The sanctuary is unchanged and is available for weddings, funerals, and other worship services.

The basement is setup as a museum of church history in the Sauk Prairie area. Our Lady of Loretto Church Museum is the home of the Roman Catholic history in the Sauk Prairie area.

The protestant church history includes Evangelical, Evangelical United Brethren (EUB), Methodist Episcopal, United Methodist, Lutheran, Presbyterian, Evangelical Reformed, United Church of Christ (UCC), Baptist, Evangelical Free, Free Thinkers, Unitarian Universalist.
